Summery Jersey Headbands

Finally, the first of my summer jersey headbands are in the shop.

They are so easy to wear, perfect for keeping unruly hair out of your face or just accessorising an outfit ! Simply tie the headband in a knot, wear the cute little knotted bow that results to the centre, jauntily to the side for a bit of interest or at the nape of your neck!

Super Sunday - ball pools, photos and more boot cuffs!

1. Boot Cuffs - the shop has been stocked today, more boot cuffs in a rather lovely shade of sage green and some perfect PJ pants for little ones.

2. Photo fun - lovely afternoon spend in the garden taking pics of the items while Charlie wandered around playing with snails and stones - just as little boys do :)

3. Ball Pools - lots of running around and chasing chuckling children at a big play zone place today - they loved it - and actually so did Ross and I - it's not often you get to slide down bumpy slides as grown ups!!

Sunday October 23rd 2011 - Today's Three Things!

Today's Three!


1. Wintry walks - lovely walks in lovely gardens, such beautiful flowers, I just LOVE Hydrangeas :)

2. Baby bloomers - tried a new pattern out this weekend and made a lovely pair of baby bloomers for Edie - adorable especially with her chunky thighs!

3. First steps - Lil' Edie Rose being amazingly awesome and walking - soooooo fantastic!

Wednesday April 20th 2011 - Todays Three Things!

The Daily 3!

1. Macaroons - my first ever batch! I have always wanted to make them and today was the day! The end result was pretty good, I made far too many though and to avoid scoffing the lot, I gave my lovely neighbours Roland and Roma a few to have with their afternoon cuppa.

2. DIYed sun dress - I finally got round to making Edie the sun dress I've had in my head for ages, lets hope it fits, by the time I finished she was sleeping soundly so couldn't test it out!

3. The garden - such glorious weather again today, pottering around the garden was just lovely, nothing like a bit of sunshine on your face to make you smile...

Sunday April 17th 2011 - Todays 3!

The Daily Three!

1. Chain Weave Bracelets - My new absolute favorite! I can't stop DIYing these beauties. I absolutely love the effect, so satisfying.

2. Easter Eggcitement - This year I'm getting especially excited about Easter, I think perhaps the idea of having our first ever Easter Egg Hunt for Charlie (he's nearly 2), is becoming too much and I fear we may have a bunny/chocolate egg volcanic type erruption in our tiny garden!!

3. Making Bread - Having been up since 4am (thank you Edie) I have decided to be incredible productive this morning and bake our bread for the week...one seeded batch coming up!
